After our two-week straight of shows in November, followed by the Black Friday/Cyber Monday packaging insanity, and then our shows in Los Angeles and San Francisco this past month, we are definitely enjoying our few days of holiday break after the frenzy that has been the last couple of months! It feels like the holidays just came and went this year, and while I can’t believe 2010 is soon coming to a close, I’m so happy to think of all we’ve accomplished this past year and all we have in store for 2011!
I hope all of you are cozied up in your homes ready to celebrate my favorite time of year! I’ll be back soon with posts from our Unique LA and Renegade SF shows, but until then… I leave you with this:
The time has come — in less than 36 hours, my pandas and ninjas will be aboard my SUV for a long trek up the California coast! Yep, that’s right — Steppie is making her first appearance in the city of San Francisco for the Renegade Craft Holiday Show this weekend!
Not gonna lie, I’m a little nervous about the trip… and the forecast of rainy weather doesn’t ease it… but I have high hopes for this journey, and it’s definitely a big step for the company. I still remember being asked a year ago several times why I never applied for this particular show, or why I haven’t traveled further than San Diego for an event… and I still remember my heavy feeling of hesitation. Well, nothing’s stopping me now… and Renegade SF, hope you’re ready for us!

The event takes place this weekend — December 18 + 19 — from 11am til 7pm in the Concourse Exhibition Center’s East Hall (620 7th Street). With over 200 of the nation’s finest indie-craft talents setting up shop that weekend, all of your last minute holiday-shopping needs are sure to be found at this FREE to attend craft, art, design, and DIY spectacular!
